Shipping policy

Products will be shipped withing 72 hours of the order, unless otherwise noted due to family emergencies, vacations, or holidays. 

If there is a delay in a shipment, an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the next steps. 

Failure to ship the product within 72 hours and without a written notice to customer will enable customer to receive a full refund of their order.
